10.     ESSENTIAL SKILLS OF LEADERSHIP

This online course teaches your team leaders how to build rapport and teamwork, maintain everyone's self-esteem in a work interaction, how to actively listen to achieve consensus, and how to encourage others to commit themselves to common goals.

11.     ESSENTIAL SKILLS OF COMMUNICATING

This online course teaches how to resolve complaints and identify the "hidden agendas" that so often underlie chronic grievances.

This online course teaches how to establish specific, measurable, attainable, result-oriented and time-framed performance standards. It then illustrates the steps that gain team member agreement and commitment to those performance standards.

14.     COACHING JOB SKILLS

15.     IMPROVING WORK HABITS

Improving Work Habits helps managers learn to clearly and specifically communicate the nature of the problem. It provides a process for working with the individual to develop a plan for addressing the issue while maintaining self-esteem. Optional Time Mastery Feedback Report.

16.     DELEGATING

This online course gives valuable insights into and practice of the "Three W's" of effective delegation: When should team leaders delegate? Whom should they delegate to? What explanation should they give to team members? This module also teaches how to use delegation as a motivational tool. 

17.     EFFECTIVE DISCIPLINE

Effective Discipline provides the tools necessary to dramatically reduce problem behaviors. By involving team members in performance discussions and gaining their commitment to behavioral change, managers can turn a potentially negative interaction into a positive developmental step.

18.     PROVIDING PERFORMANCE FEEDBACK

This module shows the way evaluation is done by the experts. First, relevant performance standards are established. Then the team member's own performance evaluation is solicited. This accomplished, the stage is set for a summary evaluation that will be clear and credible to the team member.

19.     SUPPORTING CHANGE

This online course teaches managers and team leaders how to introduce and support change without inducing defensive reactions.

20.     RESOLVING CONFLICT

This online course teaches managers and team leaders how to explore a conflict and get to the heart of the problem to correct it before it's too late.

Communicating Up focuses on the upward communication important to productivity and performance. Most managers and team leaders realize the importance of upward communication, but few accept the responsibility for the quality and effectiveness of communicating with their own managers. Managers and team leaders will learn how to frame communication so that a desired result is achieved.

22.     HIRING WINNING TALENT

The online course teaches a behaviorally-based interview approach based upon the philosophy of past behavior is one of the best predictors of future behavior.  Learn how to discover the “real” person behind the job applicant.  We can add assessments that have selection validity.

23.     MOTIVATING TEAM MEMBERS

Developing and Coaching Others is about how managers can effectively and successfully develop and coach their team members to become better and more consistent performers.  The program will help your managers learn the specifics of how they can effectively impact the learning process and coaching moments of their teams to make the difference.

25.     MANAGING EFFECTIVELY FOR IMPROVED RESULTS WITH DISC

Use this interactive and entertaining course as a pre-work assignment to provide a solid foundation of DISC behavioral style knowledge, spend valuable class time applying DISC in management situations and then after the class as a review and reinforcement tool for a full year.

26.     UNDERSTANDING BEHAVIORAL STYLES FOR MANAGERS

Managerial relationships often depend on adapting your managerial style. Being able to quickly recognize a person's behavioral style and interact appropriately are critical to this process. Understanding Behavioral Styles for Managers shows you how to recognize different behavior patterns, and develop adaptive skills that increase your ability to communicate successfully with others. The purpose of this course is to make the interviewing process easier, more effective, and to provide you with the tools you need to ask the right questions to better discover if your candidate is the right person for the job.

29.     COACHING

In this course we will identify and practice five (5) keys to your coaching success and offer several important coaching tips. Through exercises and case studies you will learn practical coaching skills and when to use them.

30.     WIN-WIN NEGOTIATIONS FOR MANAGERS

In this course we examine the negotiation process and determine the types of negotiations that cause people the most difficulty. You’ll review the strategies behind some common negotiation tactics and learn to recognize the pitfalls that you can avoid. You’ll practice an effective negotiation process that will help you and the other party arrive at a win/win outcome.
