42.   REDUCING TEAM CONFLICT

Conflict can tear a team apart, so it is crucial that problems be resolved before they take over a group. Reducing Team Conflict is a straightforward program that helps people develop the understanding and self-awareness necessary to resolve interpersonal conflict.  In addition to helping people learn how to work through conflict on an individual basis, the program offers a strong foundation for resolving issues within an entire team.  The program builds important skills that are necessary for effective communication and teamwork.  Reducing Team Conflict utilizes the DiSC profile to help individuals understand their own behavior in a conflict situation.

43.   COLLABORATIVE SKILLS FOR TEAMS

More than likely, we’ve all had to work with people who were quite different than us.  Sometimes it’s frustrating.  But have you ever worked on a team where people have learned to deal with their differences? Where conflict and miscommunication are reduced, meetings have a purpose, and time is managed efficiently? The goal of this program is to reconcile the inherent differences of team members to help you create an engaged, collaborative team.  Collaborative Skills for Teams is more situational, focusing on an individual’s role as it relates to interpersonal skills, time management, communication, and project management.

44.   CAPITALIZING ON TEAM TALENTS

Have you ever worked on a team where everyone is doing what they enjoy and making the very best use of their talents?  A team where people just seem to “get” each other, projects make real progress and everyone is glad to be on the team?  The goal of this program is to help you create this kind of engaged, high-functioning team. Capitalizing on Team Talents is geared more towards motivating a team based on their strengths and understanding their limitations.

45.   IMPROVING YOUR LISTENING SKILLS

Think about a time at work when you needed someone to really listen to you, and yet you left the conversation feeling unheard and frustrated.  Or on the other hand, think of a time when someone truly went out of their way to listen to you and it had a lasting, profound impact.  The truth is, most of us don’t realize how much time we actually spend listening at work or how much information we distort and ignore in just about every conversation we have.  This program is designed to help people understand their priorities and biases in a conversation, the unspoken messages they send to others when listening, and all of the information they might be missing without ever realizing it.  Further, participants are given the practice they need to hone their skills in five distinct listening approaches and internalize the situations that call for each.

46.   DYNAMIC COMMUNICATION

The Dynamic Communication seminar stresses application in visual terms everyone can understand and apply. This seminar will result in building long lasting relationships that will continue to grow.

Often people lack the words to articulate why they do the things they do, or why they feel the way they feel. This seminar raises the awareness of one’s attitude and values and empowers them to a more satisfying lifestyle. This seminar is the path to great communication.

48.   CONFLICT MANAGEMENT

The foundation of success is based in understanding yourself, understanding others, and realizing the impact (versus intent) of personal behavior on the people around you.  This workshop helps individuals get along better, even with the most "difficult" people.

49.   CONDUCTING EFFECTIVE MEETINGS

Escape the black hole of stressful, unproductive meetings.  Facilitate, participate, and scribe effectively in meetings – techniques to keep meetings short and productive.
