With a 360 system, it’s important that respondents believe that their responses will remain anonymous and confidential. 20/20® Insight GOLD has a number of built-in features to ensure confidentiality.
Secure media. Computer-based media are more secure than scannable paper forms. With paper forms, a person can pick up an assessment and browse through it. This isn’t possible with software.
Passwords for respondent software. The respondent software will not open without entering a password. Even if the password is pre-assigned, respondents can set up a new, private password once they’ve entered the program.
Encryption. Passwords, ratings and comments on the respondent software are encoded so that they can’t be read by anyone who opens a data file.
Automatic data entry. The respondent software is not opened for data entry. Data is collected by clicking a "Collect" button. Furthermore, the administration software does not let anyone view the data onscreen.
Anonymity of feedback. Respondent names aren’t collected with ratings. Only average scores are reported—not individual ratings.
Password for administration software. The Administration Software is protected by password, ensuring that only authorized people have access to the program.
Password for each project. Each feedback project is protected by its own password, so if multiple administrators have access to the administration software, only individuals who know the password can access a specific project.
